Stipendium Hungaricum 2026/27 Fully Funded Scholarship
Hungary has officially opened applications for the Stipendium Hungaricum 2026/27 Fully Funded Scholarship the program welcomes students from all partner countries, including Pakistan, to apply for Bachelor Master, PhD, and Non-Degree programs.

This fully funded scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, health insurance, and a monthly stipend. It aims to build international cooperation and promote Hungary’s education worldwide. Over 30 universities are part of the scheme, offering 800+ English-taught programs.

Study Options and Universities
Students can apply for up to two programs at top Hungarian universities. Available study options include full-time and short-term courses across multiple fields leading universities include the University of Debrecen, Eötvös Loránd University, Corvinus University, and the University of Szeged. These institutions offer world-class education in medicine, IT, engineering, law, and arts.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria before applying:
- Citizen of a partner country (including Pakistan)
- Minimum age: 18 by 31 August 2026
- Valid educational qualifications for chosen level
- English proficiency (IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent)
- Apply through official Sending Partner only
- No dual citizenship with Hungary

- Register and create an account
- Choose up to two programs

Required Documents for Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship
Applicants must prepare the following documents in English or with official translations:
- Application Form: Complete the official online application form
- Educational Certificates:
- High school diploma (for Bachelor’s)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (for postgraduate programs)
- Transcripts of Records: Academic transcripts showing grades/marks
